We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "Fugitive Emissions", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Processingtalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release Review of uses for 'Valve Position Transmitters' from K Controls, which we summarised at the time by saying "Position transmitters are used to monitor the position of modulating control valves or the opening and closing characteristics of critical isolating valves". A few weeks before, we featured the news release LDAR Symposium planned for early April in USA from ISA:Instrumentation Systems and Automation Society: "An April event in Texas will bring focus to the business of compliance with the complex leak detection and repair (LDAR) compliance requirements, methods and management".

In July 2007, we covered the news from Parker Instrumentation - take a look at Parker presents the 'long view' at OE2007 which says: "Parker Instrumentation is presenting a unique perspective on the future of process instrumentation at Offshore Europe 2007, with a novel exhibit running throughout a 16-metre long truck!".

Take a look also at the news release from Parker Instrumentation, Zero fugitive emissions from new manifold range, as well as Enviro Technology Services on display at MCERTS from Enviro Technology Services, and ISA Fugitive Emissions - LDAR Symposium planned from ISA:Instrumentation Systems and Automation Society.
