Start with the news release HDI sensors gauge pressures from 10mbar to 5bar from Sensortechnics, which we summarised at the time by saying "Sensortechnics' HDI sensors measure absolute, differential or gauge pressures in various ranges from 10mbar up to 5bar.". Several months prior to that, we featured the news release Micro-Epsilon to display sensors at Mtec 2010 from Micro-Epsilon: "This year's Mtec 2010 exhibition will feature a range of displacement measurement and non-contact temperature-measurement sensors from Micro-Epsilon.".
