The Able 1010 Clamp-on ultrasonic flow meters have exceptional low flow measurement and stability capabilities A recent survey demonstrated that the 1010 was able to measure very low flows of 2 cubic metres/hr in a 4 inch line

Successful measurement of the less than 0.25 ft/sec flow have recently been demonstrated on separator duties measuring produced water on offshore installations.

From the manufacturers of the first industrial ultrasonic flow meter comes the very latest in clamp-on flow metering technology.

The System 1010, with a number of radical new features, has pushed back the frontiers of flow measurement.

The 1010 has set a new standard in ultrasonic flow metering.

Refinements in processing technology and ultrasound transmission present a system performance that surpasses any currently available clamp-on flow meter.

A patented digital marking technique known as Automark encodes the ultrasound transmission.

This enables a superior flow detection accuracy and stability of measurement even under varying flow and process conditions.

The 1010 package also offers more functions than ever before seen from any one flow meter: Transit Time and Reflexor (advanced Doppler) measurement techniques - Volumetric flow - Mass flow - Pipe wall thickness gauge - Pipe wall flaw detector - Thermal Energy meter - Liquid analyser - Interface detector.

Flow data can be stored internally in a 250kB internal memory or continuously downloaded via RS232 or analogue outputs.

Storage of site and media information allows rapid set-up and use for portable installations.

Site visits are offered for demonstration of the system 1010 capabilities on your process.
