New range of modular pumps for water + wastewater
ABS Pumps has launched a new range of modular, general purpose pumps, developed to suit applications where clean water, clear or turbid liquids need to be handled
ABS Pumps has launched a new range of modular, general purpose pumps, developed to suit applications where clean water, clear or turbid liquids need to be handled.
Available in a variety of sizes and materials, including stainless steel, the NL series has been designed to provide cost effective, easy maintenance pumping for a variety of industrial, water, wastewater and building services uses.
A number of shaft seal options, including gland packing or single DIN type mechanical seals, are available and the pumps are suitable for operation in explosive atmospheres.
Manufactured to EN 733/DIN 24255, the new NL series is designed around five different bearing assembly configurations, providing 50 different pump sizes.
The oversize bearings reduce shaft deflection and improve long term reliability, while the hydraulic design of the pumps has been optimised to reduce power consumption.
Clean water, as well as a variety of process or waste flows, can be pumped using the ABS NL series.
