Delivered in real time via the widely-used Webex system (using the Internet and a Freephone telephone connection), Adept Online Training sessions are not pre-recorded modules.
Each session is live and hands-on, conducted by a skilled, experienced software trainer.
Participants can interact with the software on their own computer, ask questions and talk directly to the trainer to make sure they get exactly what they need out of the session.
At the end of the session, delegates receive the training notes in electronic form.
Online Training is offered in affordable 60-minute sessions, so users can focus on those features that they wish to know more about, or where they need a refresher.
Users can register for a single session or as many as they like, over whatever time period suits them best.
Adept also offers 90-minute overview sessions that cover, in brief, the full range of product features; this gives users a valuable introduction to the software, which they can supplement at a later stage by booking one or more of the shorter sessions to hone their skills.
Online Training is currently offered for EndNote, Reference Manager, RefViz and Quality Analyst; other products will follow.
Adept can also provide bespoke, one-to-one Online Training sessions. Request a free brochure from Adept Scientific ...
