AMEC appointed to Jinbian project management role

AMEC has been appointed by Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Group Yulin Energy and Chemicals Company as its project management contractor for the development of an energy and chemical project.

The USD3.3bn project is the Jinbian Integrated Energy and Chemical project in Shaanxi Province in north-western China.

The AMEC role is to provide project management services as part of an integrated project management team.

The AMEC scope includes engineering management, project controls, contract management, health, safety and environmental, quality assurance, and construction management services.
