The Tranzcube system with its superb insulation profile, will bring immediate benefits to the transportation and storage of frozen, chilled, hot or ambient products, whether in temperate, desert, tropical or arctic conditions.
This system, which is fully patent-protected, for the first time offers the flexibility of lightweight and rugged pallet handling with a totally enclosed insulated covering which obviates the need for a separate under-load insulation mat.
Already on trials with international health organisations, pharmaceutical companies, food manufacturers and the military, the Tranzcube concept can be used for small or large transhipment loads where established refrigeration or freezer storage is not available or necessary.
In particular, high value loads can be trans-shipped without compromising their temperature profile.
The Tranzcube system has been tested in rigorous trials at Cambridge Refrigeration Technology, where the insulation was shown to have the best thermal properties in its class.
It is available in footprint sizes of 1200mm x 1000mm, Euro Pallet (1200mm x 800mm) and half Euro Pallet (800mmx600mm), height to customers specification.
Aerotrim specialise in producing tailor made insulated packaging in a full range of sizes, to customer specifications.
In particular their air freight, LD3 and LD9 internal insulating blankets are used by air shippers throughout Europe.
