Advanced Engineering offers the largest range of mixers currently available in the UK, and has introduced a range of single and multi-stage in-line mixer / emulsifier processors

These processors offer many advantages over standard immersion mixers for batch work They are not dependent on the volume of the processing medium and require less space

They are also much easier to clean and can be used on highly viscous media by employing a supplementary feed pump.

Single-stage high-shear mixers are designed for single-pass and recirculatory processing, ideal for pilot plants or large production facilities for the preparation of a wide range of food, pharmaceutical, chemical and general industrial solutions.

For higher volume applications, or where ultra-fine emulsions, dispersions and creams etc are required, three-stage multi-shear mixers are available.

These can be fitted with a wide combination of cutter/dispersion heads suitable for single pass or progressive recirculatory processing to achieve the degree of mixing and homogenising required from coarse to superfine.

All machines are precision engineered to give long trouble-free service.

Parts which involve product contact are manufactured from 316 grade stainless steel providing hygienic conditions combined with high chemical resistance to aggressive media.

Optional specifications available include:.

* Other materials of construction.

* Special seal components for extreme conditions.

* Flameproof and two speed motors.

* Electronic speed control.

* Custom designs and alternative connections.
