Maintaining the highest levels of product quality, consistency and taste is paramount with The Sauce Company, who have a throughput of 280 tonnes per day, covering over 250 live recipes in production.
To achieve this, the reliability and performance of the mixers plays a major part.
These are high performance precision built machines operating at 3000rpm.
The dispersion heads can be easily cleaned and are fitted with interchangeable rotor/stator cutter sets, which have been designed to provide the degree of shear conditions required for a wide range of end products.
The exceptionally high tip speeds developed within the dispersion head makes these machines a preferred choice for solving problems associated with dispensing, emulsifying, homogenising and general blending.
The Advanced Engineering mixers were selected because of their robust construction, and have replaced other manufacturers products whose less substantial cutters were subject to damage, resulting in production hold-ups.
Mr Bill Clarke, engineering manager for The Sauce Company quotes 'I consider the Advanced Engineering products to be reasonably priced and they do a good job for us.
The company is very helpful and keep essential spares on the shelf, so they have always been able to fulfil our emergency requirements.
