We pride ourselves on being able to provide every instrument that might be needed in this type of application - in fact, we challenge our customers to test the claim".
Rental instruments in the waste and contaminated land sectors include PIDs, FIDs, landfill gas monitors, toxic gas and dust monitors.
Contaminated soil samples can be tested on-site with an XRF analyser and a PID, and water monitoring instrumentation is available to record water level, oil/water interface, and water quality parameters such as conductivity, temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen, turbidity etc.
Site weather conditions can be monitored with an automatic weather station recording parameters such as wind, rain and barometric pressure.
Other instruments that are often hired in the environmental sector include water leak detectors and remote visual inspection equipment for pipes and drains.
At ET 2006 (stand C32) Ashtead Technology Rentals will display some of the latest technologies to be added to their vast rental portfolio and experts will be on hand to offer advice on instrument choice and operation.
