The dual axis Clinometer sensor (DAS) uses silicon micro-machined components to provide an improved level of reliability and repeatability over many types of fluid based technologies

The dual axis Clinometer sensor (DAS) uses silicon micro-machined components to provide an improved level of reliability and repeatability over many types of fluid based technologies The measuring range on the X and Y axis is +/-50 degrees max

The design offers a high zero g bias stability of better than 0.006Deg/DegC as well as high sensitivity stability at typically 50ppm/DegC.

All input and output controls are handled by the micro-controlled programmer and assembler.

All signals are sent under a 10 bit PWM protocol or a serial output for remote connection to a PC.

Supply voltage is 7 to 24Vdc and the sensor is temperature compensated from minus 40 to +85DegC.

The printed circuit board assembly measures 45mm by 45mm.

Typical applications for this sensor are platform levelling, automatic level systems, robotic systems and heavy machinery/equipment positioning.
