The new optimising average software module offers a significant benefit to retail packers in bottom line give away and yield management.
"e" optimising adjusts in real time individual scale target weight tolerances up and down to ensure that the best nett minimum weight or average weight is achieved across a production run.
Opus 'e' runs on the latest version of the Aja Yamato DP Checkscale or Takeaweigh Scale, the DP5502.
The DP has been the food industry standard for the last 20 years, the absolute bench mark for manual checkweighers.
DP 55002 is fast while being extremely stable.
The weight displays are the brightest and biggest available from any scale and operators always comment on the 5502 ease of operation.
