The pinch valve design enables the elastomer tube to be replaced by removing only the bottom half of the valve body, so the top half of the valve body and the valve actuator remain in process line

Paper stock and pulp sampling valves
AJG Waters (Equipment) introduces the Strahman true-stock sampling valves designed to overcome problems encountered in paper stock and pulp sampling
The elastomer tube has a non-stretch design which results in the sleeve being under less stress in the closed position which increases the typical tube life by 2 to 3 times when compared with the conventional stretch design.
The tube design also results in shorter face to face dimensions than conventional pinch valves and they can often then replace other valve types without expensive changes to the pipe work.
The tubes can also be supplied with a wear life monitoring system which can be a useful tool for preventative maintenance.
The RF Tek pinch valve is the solution for abrasive, scaling, corrosive and plugging slurries, sludges, liquids and powder applications.
