The horizontal air flow design Despatch SD Oven offers a rapid ramp-up time, Class 100 processing system with options for 285C or 320C operating temperatures.
The oven is able to maintain Class 100 conditions while heating up at rates of up to 4 to 5C per minute when loaded.
The combination of a fast ramp-up rate and high operating temperature results in higher throughput rates.
The SD Oven reduces cycle times by more than 50 percent, allowing companies to complete two cycles in an eight-hour shift.
This also enables users to employ a smaller oven for a given level of production.
The oven features a clean, flush front door with hidden hinges and handle for easy maintenance.
A HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) filter mounting system reduces particulate concentrations and increases filter performance and life.
The oven includes standard HEPA filter challenge ports used during oven validation to test the efficiency of the re-circulating, fresh air, and exhaust HEPA filters.
An optional Allen-Bradley programmable control system enables monitoring of the oven operations relative to control limits and can communicate with external data-processing equipment.
To meet pharmaceutical industry documentation requirements, the Despatch SD Oven comes with a comprehensive validation documentation package designed to improve regulatory compliance efficiency and speed installation qualification (IQ) and operation qualification (OQ) validation.
