The MobileDos from Alldos is a mobile chlorine dosing system for use whenever occasional disinfection, emergency disinfection or shock disinfection is necessary, typically within the municipal and food and beverage markets.

Available on a 2 roller trolley or on a 4 roller trolley, both versions comprise a 100 litre chemical tank with a bund/drip tray and a hand mixer.

An Alldos TrueDos 209-20D Digital Dosing pump rated 20 lph is used with both systems although a larger M221-50, 50 lph pump can be substituted for larger flows; in either case pressure loading and pressure relief valves are fitted as standard with10m of dosing line.

There is also a small compartment for storing of an optional Allcon Test water quality test kit with a further option of including an online residual chlorine analyser.

Once disinfectant is in the tank, the dosing pump can be run in manual mode or flow proportional control via a water meter or flowmeter.
