Bar graph for better panel displays
A graphical representation of a measurement is often valuable in allowing quick accurate decisions to be made, so AIC has added a bar-graph display option to their range of panel instrumentation.
Since 1978, AIC has built up a reputation for the design and manufacture of innovative process measurement instrumentation products and associated sensors.
The company founder, Peter Eliot, commented on the AIC history: "It has been great to be part of the dynamic growth seen in the instrumentation area.
We set out to make AIC a flexible organisation, able to meet all sorts of challenges, and we have not been disappointed in the interesting applications that have come our way".
The AIC home is in Hornsby, NSW, Australia.
All functions, from design to manufacture, sales and support, are under the one roof.
AIC has always sought to act quickly to requests for information and support, and has developed a product information system and quotation system that is the envy of many other suppliers.
Export markets are growing and the ability to use electronic means of getting brochures, manuals and quotes to overseas customers is seen as critical to AIC operations.
All the tools have been developed "in house", which allows for tight control of the accuracy of information and quotes, as well as flexibility in the timeliness of updates and announcements.
If a customer has a specific "out of the ordinary" requirement, the AIC design team is able to react and build prototypes very quickly.
Effective support is offered as the support team knows the products and can refer to the designers whenever necessary.
Amalgamated Instrument Co products are used worldwide and the company is looking forward to working in partnership with other companies involved in new and exciting areas of process control and instrumentation.
