Isolated converters/transmitters
Up to 4 channels of 4-20mA conversion and isolation capacity are available in a standard DIN rail mount enclosure to take input from RTD sensors, 3-wire slidewire sensors, AC voltage or DC current
Up to 4 channels of conversion and isolation capacity are available in a standard DIN rail mount enclosure Models are available to take input from RTD temperature sensors, 3-wire slidewire sensors, AC voltage (up to 250 VAC) or AC Current (up to 5 Amps AC) and convert them to an isolated 4-20 mA output

Another model takes analogue DC mA or DC V and transmits it as a scalable, isolated 4-20 mA output.
The products are designed to be powered by a 2-wire 4-20 mA loop.
The devices are extremely compact.
Up to 4 channels can be housed in an enclosure, 44 mm x 91 mm x 135 mm that mounts on a standard DIN rail.
These isolators can be ordered in the capacity required.
A user does not have to buy 4 channels but can order 1, 2, 3 or 4 channel units.
An optional dual output 24 V DC power supply is available to "slot into" the case with 1 channel or 2 channel models.
The same power supply is available as a standalone unit for the 3 channel and 4 channel converters if required.
These power supplies are only required in situations where the processing equipment cannot provide a loop voltage.
Isolation is 2kV between input and output on the AC models and 1kV on the other models.
Signal isolation is achieved using opto-isolators.
These isolator/converter/transmitters offer a compact, economical solution to conversion and retransmission requirements for a host of applications.
