The series is an update of the previous PPC series that has been a great success during the last ten years.
In the new series of pressure calibrators, Ametek have chosen to maintain the existing characteristics and possibilities, but based on market requirements have added a large number of new potentialities - all based on an increased flexibility and easy operation.
One of the main new characteristics of the APC series is the increased flexibility.
The core product is still a very accurate pressure indicator and a pump generating pressure.
In addition to this it is now possible to connect different pressure modules in other ranges than the indicator, and these APM pressure modules are capable of achieving accuracies down to 0.01% FS.
The APC indicators, pumps and APM modules may be connected in every way depending on the pressure ranges and accuracy requirements of each customer.
This provides a complete and well-considered solution, which is always ready for use on delivery, going from vacuum up to 700 bar.
The APC indicators are all equipped with an RS232 input as standard, which makes it possible to communicate with the indicators via PC.
Furthermore it can supply a transmitter with power and show the mA reading in the display at the same time.
