Anton Paar has developed the Alcolyser Plus Beer - a measuring instrument which saves time.
It uses a near infrared measuring method to perform a selective alcohol measurement which requires no sample-specific adjustment or calibration.
The Alcolyser Plus Beer determines alcohol, colour and pH value.
In combination with a DMA density meter it also provides results for density, original extract, real extract, degree of fermentation, and calories - all in one measuring cycle.
The launch of the new VisioLab software now guarantees perfect data management for this high-precision instrument.
Analysis results are delivered in seconds.
These results can be shown graphically and analysis over long periods of time and different measuring series is also possible.
Basic statistical analysis, such as mean value and standard deviation, can be carried out and the layout of reports can be stored and used as templates for the analysis of new data.
The Alcolyzer Plus Beer now has its software.
And the customer has more time.
