Anton Paar investigates how to make Tequila

An Anton Paar product story
Edited by the Processingtalk editorial team Jun 5, 2006

A large part of the Anton Paar Mexico team left Mexico City for 'Mission: Tequila', to visit a small village near Guadalajara in the northeast of Mexico, where all the best Tequila is produced

On May 25 2006, part of Anton Paar Mexico team left Mexico City for 'Mission: Tequila!'.

These 30 people made their way to Tequila, near Guadalajara in the northeast of Mexico, a small, rural village where the streets are not paved, hosting no more than one bank, one hotel and one good restaurant.

Nevertheless, it is one of the richest places of Mexico, where nearly all the "Tequileras", Tequila producers, are located.

In an air conditioned meeting room of the picturesque Hotel Mission Tequilan, they had the opportunity to get to know various Tequileras and find out more about their concerns in production and quality control.

The clients received information on the Anton Paar high technology and how it can improve their processes.

Furthermore, they could try out our instruments (we only measured Tequila, we did not have it for breakfast!).

All in all, Tequila, is worth a visit, maybe just to encounter the Tequileras and get samples of their products.
