Solenoid valve control digital output
modules

These modules provide higher maximum load than any of the other ADAM-4000 I/O modules, and feature a communication watchdog, fail safety functions, as well as support for the Modbus RTU protocol

Advantech presented today the 12-channel ADAM-4056S sink type and the ADAM-4056SO source type isolated digital output modules These two modules provide higher maximum load than any of the other ADAM-4000 I/O modules, and feature a communication watchdog, fail safety functions, as well as support for the Modbus RTU protocol

The maximum 200 mA load of the ADAM-4056S digital output is applicable to versatile devices with sink type digital inputs.

The 1 A per channel of the ADAM-4056SO digital output signal is used in applications such as solenoid valve control in chemical plants.

Both ADAM-4056S and ADAM-4056SO are equipped with a communication and system watchdog as well as a fail safety function that resets the outputs to pre-configured values.

The ADAM-4056SO also provides over-current protection when the load exceeds 1 A.

With these built-in protection functions, the ADAM-4056S and ADAM-4056SO ensure dependable operations.

Advantech also provides the ADAM-6052 for applications that require Ethernet-based source type digital I/O modules with support for the Modbus/TCP protocol.

The ADAM-6052 is a 16-channel source type digital I/O module with 100Base-T Ethernet interface.

Other options are also available.

The diverse selection from Advantech is designed to meet different requirements and applications.

ADAM-5056S, ADAM-5056SO and ADAM-6052 are all in stock. Request a free brochure from Advantech (UK) ...
