Advantech sponsorship at Ascot Clio Cup

Advantech is pleased to announce the Sponsorship of Ben Winrow during the Renault Clio Cup 2007, at circuits around the UK, including Brands Hatch and Oulton Park.
Advantech Partners and customers are going to be invited to watch the races from the VIP Hospitality suite at each race as part of their mission to build relations with all associates Ben Winrow, aged 21, has an impressive racing history, as a graduate of the famous Silverstone racing school: he raced in the Caterham championship aged 16 years

In 2006 Ben entered the SEAT Cupra Championship as the youngest driver on the grid, with 9 Podium finishes, three fastest laps and a new lap record at Silverstone.
This year Ben and his Team, Total Control Racing are racing with Renault in the Renault Clio Cup.
This Championship will be fought out by 44 drivers in equally matched 210BHP Renault Cup cars - all brand new 2007 models, purpose built by Renaultsport.
Clio racers will join the British Touring Cars in a raceday line up that will ensure the most spectacular racing for spectators and sponsors alike.
"Motorsport is a passion of ours and given our vision as a company being at the forefront of technology innovation, the Motorsport industry also strives to be at the top of their game, so we take pleasure in backing Ben and trust this venture shall encourage an ongoing relationship with motor racing", says Malcolm Field, Director of Advantech UK.
The Renault Clio Cup will take place throughout the summer, the kick off race day was 1st of April and races will carry on through until the 14th of October.
The races will take place at world renowned tracks Oulton Park, Thruxton, Brands Hatch, Rockingham and Donnington Park.
