Apple Engineering announce exclusive UK representation for the Tanis Food Tec Company, specialists in food processing and production machinery
After almost 15 years of joint projects throughout Europe and the rest of the world, Apple Engineering are pleased to announce the exclusive UK representation for the Tanis Food Tec Company As a result of this venture Apple have launched their new revolutionary positive pressure deposition/injection unit
The unit comes in various weight ranges (1-35 mls or 20-100 mls) as standard, additional weight ranges can be achieved to customers specification.
Food products ranging from batters with inclusions or fondants, to aerated chocolates, can be deposited in a controlled manner with individual piston/measuring chambers each dedicated to its own product volume dispensation, accordingly each piston is capable of individual infinite accuracy.
