The new Pro Portioner 20 Depositor/Pump Injection unit from Apple Engineering has been developed to meet the demands of the small independent manufacturer.

The machine requires only a standard domestic single phase supply to operate and can be mounted on a table/bench top for use with liquids, creams, gels, batters and can even deposit small particulates.

Although simplistic in design, it still retains superior repeatable accuracy through its easy to use operator controls.

The quick strip down features for cleaning and hygiene are a real benefit on short product run changeovers, making it ideally suited for laboratories, test kitchens and small to medium production facilities.
