Self-emptying wastewater sampler saves labour time
According to Aquamatic, there is a misconception by some companies that the introduction of a wastewater-sampling regime will require a considerable amount of labour and record keeping
Now, as well as freeing themselves up from the burden of maintenance and repairs, an increasing number of customers have also expressed a preference for professional advice and practical help when setting up their samplers, resulting in the Aquamatic new on-site service of commissioning equipment and providing training, if required.
Peter Smith, Aquamatic Managing Director, commented: "Companies certainly prefer the peace of mind of knowing that their wastewater samplers are being well looked after, so we're pleased to also be able to offer our specialist experience in helping them get their sampling regime off to a flying start".
He added: "This additional, optional service is very flexible, depending on requirements.
Some companies are relatively new to sampling so may need more help, whereas some are simply too busy to set the system up themselves.
Either way, we can save them significant amounts of time and labour costs".
This latest customer service initiative by Aquamatic gives additional strength to any company's effluent management system as they look to minimise costs and adhere to the discharge consent demanded by their local water company.
