Self-emptying wastewater sampler saves labour time
According to Aquamatic, there is a misconception by some companies that the introduction of a wastewater-sampling regime will require a considerable amount of labour and record keeping
The widely acclaimed samplers are utilised on Urban Wastewater-designated sites throughout Dwr Cymru Welsh Water, as Environmental Scientist Alan Smith explains: "We had every confidence in bringing in this latest supply of Aquacell P2 Coolboxes, which continue to serve our needs very well indeed.
We not only have the benefit of reliable, E-32 compliant samplers, but we are also working with a company that provides excellent before and after service".
Compared to the potentially expensive mains supply installation required for stationary sampling equipment, the Aquacell P2-Coolbox is very cost-effective.
It has proved extremely popular with water companies who use it at remote sites or where no power is available.
For the multiple-sampler user who needs 24-hour composite samples from various sites, the portable Aquacell P2-Coolbox allows samplers to be distributed at different locations before the sample is required, and then collected later when the sample has been taken.
Crucially, the user can rest assured that the sample will be stored at the 0-50C temperatures, as required by the Urban Waste Water Treatment Directive.
The Aquacell P2-Coolbox is just part of Aquamatic's proven product portfolio, which offers a comprehensive choice of portable and stationary samplers, based around a single sampler module.
