Specialised overlay cladding and fabrication service supplier Arc Energy Resources has appointed Steve Bonell as Senior Projects Manager
Arc Energy Resources is the leading supplier of specialised overlay cladding and fabrication services Steve Bonell has been appointed as the Arc Energy Senior Projects Manager with special responsibility for customer support services
Steve, who has 10 years experience in the oil and gas industry and an in-depth knowledge of areas including coating technology and deep sea oilfield equipment, says ARC Energy is developing a common sense approach to customer relationship management that will cover everything from order entry, scheduling, planning, quotations and delivery; and will enable projects to be tracked at every stage.
Commenting on the appointment, managing director Alan Robinson says Steve's contribution and the development of the customer relationship programme are essential to support the continued growth of Arc Energy.
