Automation Supplies is pleased to announce the addition of a new flexible product transportation system "FlexMove" to their already vast conveyor options portfolio

FlexMove from Automation Supplies adds more options to your conveying needs...for less FlexMove is designed to provide highly competitive, cost effective, incredibly flexible plastic chain (or slat) conveying options for a wide range of industry applications such as filling, packaging, inspection, storage, general manufacturing and assembly in industries such as automotive, electronics, pharmaceutical, labelling and many, many more

The name FlexMove is derived from the two elements- "flexibility" and "movement", together symbolising the need for both elements in today's' fast moving production environments.

Plastic flexible link chain conveying is not a new concept, but the FlexMove family of conveyors is provided in a more comprehensive range than some of the current offerings available and at a lower price.

The FlexMove system is industry and field proven globally and the comprehensive range of standard modular components is manufactured with the latest technological advances in aluminium extrusion and casting, precision fabrication, injection moulding and metal forming methods.

FlexMove users will want for nothing in technology by comparison with even the best, more established, more expensive systems currently on the market, with a vast array of options available to give you real competitive choice.

Chain widths of 35mm, 63mm, 83mm, 103mm and 150mm are all available as standard and widths up to 300mm can also be accommodated.

Drive systems available include direct , suspended , intermediate, catenary and bend wheel options.

A series of low cost side rail systems are also available.

Bends are available that have either sliding or rolling action.

Customers have the ability to specify and create twin lane or multiple lane pallet handling conveyors easily and quickly with minimal tools.

The FlexMove system can transport products horizontally, on an incline, a decline and even vertically, thanks to a wide range of belt options and modular design simplicity.

Further, it can be easily interconnected with other existing systems of either FlexMove or other manufacturers using simple hand tools.

FlexMove construction allows for faster system installation, reliable operation and cost effectiveness in a conveyor system that is versatile enough to adapt for future production refinements or expansion.

FlexMove customers will also enjoy market leading prices, as the system is conceived and designed to augment existing similar systems on the market yet be a more economical, quality option for the customer.

Spare parts and components can also be interchanged with some of the more expensive systems currently on offer in the UK, and save users thousands in spare parts replacement costs.

A stainless steel based system will also shortly be available.

But perhaps the most important difference with the FlexMove system will be the mode of supply.

Automation Supplies can deliver a fully operating solution if required, but with FlexMove there are more options.

The whole conveyor can be ordered as a built up working conveyor to plug in and go, having been assembled and tested.

But if the customer requires more involvement themselves for reasons of budget or more practical issues, a modular solution will be offered with part assembly for the customer to finish off on site, or even a kit of parts for the customer to assemble the completer conveyor from scratch.

A quality conveyor system that is interchangeable with the existing systems available, with all the technology and options industry requires, can be delivered complete or in kit form and all this at a price that is hard to beat....sounds like an option you should consider!.
