Avery Weigh-Tronix has launched the UK's first software package specifically aimed at users of multiple dynamic belt weighers.

It allows central monitoring and reporting of multiple material movements and flow rates from several locations.

The software is easy to configure and can be integrated into a central control system.

Flow rate and total rate data is displayed in either tonnes per hour or kilogrammes per hour.

It will link up to 16 beltweighers simultaneously with data from up to 8 displayed on a PC screen at the same time.

Information is provided in real time and reports can be generated for any specific time or date.

This information includes flow rate and total flow trends and can be viewed in a numerical or graphical format.

The software will run on Windows XP using a SQL database.

Communications options include serial RS485 or via an adaptor, RS232, USB or Ethernet.

Links can be point to point or multi-drop.
