Strategic appointment for AV Technology
Leading industrial consultants AV Technology are proud to announce the appointment of Simon Mills as Training Services Director
Managing Director Stephen Mottershead is excited about the appointment and as he explains: "We have been working with Simon for a couple of years now through his own company Spectrum CBM The synergies between us were so strong that we both knew that his appointment as Training Service Director would suit us both perfectly; it enables Simon to develop a wider range of Maintenance Training Services to be delivered by AVT Consultants and for AVT to ultimately become one of the largest independent CM (condition monitoring) training companies in the world

A graduate of London University, Simon is a chartered marine engineer and accredited vibration analyst with many years experience in machinery operation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
He has actively participated in standardisation since 1986 and is chairman of BSI GME21/7 - Condition Monitoring of Machines, and convenor of ISO TC108/SC5 WG8 - Condition Monitoring Guidelines.
