Learn about CM techniques and strategies

Visitors to the Maintec exhibition this March will be able to take advantage of a series of half day BINDT accredited condition monitoring training courses

The courses, costing only GBP175 each per delegate, will take place at the Woodland Grange near Leamington, only 20 minutes from the NEC on the mornings of the 11th, 12th and 13th March 2008 For convenience, AVT are laying on a complimentary shuttle service between the Maintec event at the NEC and the training venue

The sessions kick off on Tuesday 11th with an 'Introduction to Condition Monitoring', where delegates will gain an understanding of all CM techniques and how best to apply them.

Wednesday's session on 'Maintenance Strategy and Benchmarking' provides a valuable insight into maintenance strategies and will assist maintenance managers and supervisors in understanding what may be the most appropriate for their operation.

The courses finish on Thursday with a 'Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis Workshop' where delegates will get a practical introduction to FMECA, leaving with tools and techniques that can be applied in their workplace to identify areas for improvement (AFIs) linked to business needs.

Stephen Mottershead, MD at AVT, believes the courses, which are elements from the AV Technology BINDT accredited in-depth courses, will have wide appeal.

As he concludes: "Our training courses are rapidly growing in popularity as more and more companies see the benefits of adopting a structured CM approach for their businesses.

Our Training Services Director, Simon Mills, is one of only four BINDT VA Level 3 certified experts in the UK and all of the AVT trainers are trained to at least Level 2, as well as being Senior Consulting Engineers for our CM business".

Anyone interested in attending the half day sessions during their visit to Maintec, should contact AVT in advance. Request a free brochure from AV Technology ...
