The AW Company is pleased to announce the addition of a plural component metered mixing system with closed loop flow control, also known as our Smart 2K system.

With three operating modes: Master - closed loop flow and ratio control of A and B components, Slave - ratio control of B component to regulated A component flow rate, and Manual Control.

Alarm outputs provide indication of ratio, flow and pot-life alarms.

A large, back-lit LCD graphic display provides an easy to read indication of the flow rates, ratios, totals, alarms and control outputs.

The Smart 2K can be used with manual or automatic systems and is an outstanding choice for polyurethanes, epoxies, paints, stains, varnishes and adhesives.

For a small investment, the Smart 2K will improve your product quality, greatly reduce your scrap or rework, and track material usage.
