AW Company is pleased to announce the addition of the Flow Meter and Manifold System This unit is designed to replace your older, outdated mechanical flow meters in your paint mix rooms

The AW Company manifold system is designed and manufactured to easily adapt to your current paint recirculation and transfer systems.

Simply, install and start the flow!! The standard AW Company manifold is constructed of 316 Stainless Steel.

* JVM-60CG flow meter with a flow range of 1-20 GPM.

* RT-Ex2 battery powered digital display.

* 4 year battery life, no power to run to your system.

* 0.25 inches NPT adaptor for your pressure gauge.

* Three full port ball valves with complete bypass system.

* Tri-clamp connections with Teflon O-rings.

Should maintenance be required, bypass piping keeps your system up and running eliminating costly downtime.

The Tri-clamp connections allow quick removal of the flow meter.

Our unique meter design permits disassembly and cleaning in a few short minutes.

For those that prefer remote monitoring, the RT-Ex3 option provides a 4 to 20 mA signal and limit outputs that can notify your paint crew of low or high flow conditions or even when the system is out of paint.
