Pemex Refinacion has selected Axens Prime-DTM technology for the production of ultra-low-sulphur diesel at its Salina Cruz, Minatitlan and Madero refineries.
The scope of work will include pilot studies, optimisation studies, basic and extended basic engineering for nine units (three new units and six revamps).
