Suitable for the Wilden 1.5 inch, 2 inch and 3 inch Clampbanded, Bolted or Hygienic pump ranges, the Pro-Flo V system is ATEX compliant and provides a maximum inlet pressure of 8.6 bar.
AxFlow Air Pumps Division Product Manager, Peter Carfrae, reports that this new system is particularly suited to applications where it is necessary to overcome extremely low temperature conditions or where very high flow rates are required.
"By having allied the latest Pro-Flo design technology with ATEX compliance we are in a position where we can offer the most advanced option available to our customers", says Peter Carfrae.
The air distribution system comprises three moving parts: the unbalanced air valve spool, the pilot spool and the main shaft/diaphragm assembly.
This combination enables a faster evacuation of exhausted air from the air chambers and increases the displacement per stroke, giving a higher flow rate capability.
In addition to general processing, applications for which the Pro-Flo V system can be used include bulk liquid transfer, tanker unloading, 'in-line' filling systems, and for installation where harsh outdoor conditions are encountered. Request a free brochure from AxFlow ...
