AxFlow Limited has announced the UK launch of the new Wilden range of compact, air operated double diaphragm pumps The Unitec range of pumps is ATEX compliant and models are available in conductive Polyethylene, PTFE and Stainless Steel housings

The Unitec range comprises six different models and encompasses a wide range of applications including bio-pharmaceutical aseptic, food (EHEDG), water treatment, water sampling, semiconductor and chemicals handling.

The six pumps within the Unitec range are as follows.

* UA Series - made from polymer, this model offers flow rates from 0.6 - 32m3/hr at pressures up to 7 bar.

* UH Series - made from high resistance polymer and offering flow rates from 4 -20m3/hr at pressures up to 7 bar.

* Chemicor - made from Stainless Steel, and giving flow rates from 4.5 - 24m3 the soft contours and smooth flow channels ensure no dead spaces.

* Futur-Plus - models are available in PTFE for acids and caustics, PTFE/UPPE for slurries, SS 316L for solvents and high temperatures up to 200C.

* UD6 - made from solid conductive PTFE, it has been developed for laboratory applications and for sampling water from wells.

* UX - made from solid conductive PTFE, this self-priming general purpose pump for low to medium duties can also be used as a drum pump.

The Wilden Unitec range introduces air-operated double diaphragm pumps to applications where compact units are required for demanding fluids and environments where ATEX compliance is essential. Request a free brochure from AxFlow ...
