Volac choose Axium Process for membrane
filtration
Volac International recently commissioned stainless steel specialists Axium Process, to build an Ultrafiltration membrane system for the production of cheese whey protein concentrate
Volac International is Europe's market leader in specialist areas of animal nutrition, feeding supplements, health care and feed ingredients The Ultrafiltration membrane system was manufactured to the Volac specification, in hygienic stainless steel, and consists of 64 spiral membranes: it was built as an extension to an existing membrane filtration system as part of the Volac strategy to increase its WPC production capacity
