Axium stocks sprayballs for tank cleaning

Axium Process stocks a range of hygienic 316L stainless-steel static sprayballs, designed specifically for tank-cleaning duties.

The sprayballs, which are available with 360, 180 upward and 180 downward spray patterns, are self draining and are capable of effectively distributing water and cleaning solutions onto the internal surface area of tanks and vessels.

Available with material certification to BS EN 10204 3.1, Axium's range of sprayballs, which are supplied with a retaining 'D' Clip, are designed to fit OD tube from 3/4in up to 2in, with ball diameters ranging from 11/2 to 31/2in.

Flow rates can be up to 16,000l/hr with spray hole sizes of 1.6mm.

Axium can also offer a range of ancillary components for tanks, as well as providing a design and build service for CIP installations.

The company offers in-house machining, fabrication, polishing, and orbital and manual welding.
