By producing Vacatex as an 'off-the-shelf' solution for replacing non-ATEX compliant machinery, Braby aims to serve those in the food industry who cannot necessarily afford expensive bespoke bulk handling packages.
The Vacatex system has been fully designed and project managed by the Braby in-house team of experts, and has already received advance orders.
The system meets the ATEX design criteria, which include a full design study, risk assessment and HAZOP technical file identifying risk and solution.
Some of the areas which are included are: shock pressure, operating pressure, vent area and calculated design stress.
An EC declaration accompanies the equipment.
Braby have been designing and manufacturing aluminium and stainless style silos for over 40 years and deliver their products worldwide from their Bristol based manufacturing facility.
