Batoyle Freedom explains how food manufacturers and processors can meet the needs of the Food Grade Code of Practice whilst also improving equipment efficiency by using their food safe lubricants
Choosing a high performance lubricant will have a sizeable impact on the lifetime of a compressor, its efficiency as well as service routine, filter and separator life.
To meet such high demands, Batoyle has developed the Typhon range which includes mineral lubricants for screw, vane and piston compressors as well as a long life synthetic option.
Each lubricant has been especially blended and tested to meet the demanding operational conditions for rotary screw, rotary vane and piston compressors.
There is also an FDA approved Food Grade screw compressor lubricant available to meet the recommendations of the recently published B.C.A.S Food Grade Code of Practice.
The Typhon range is complimented with Flush 1219, an internal cleaning agent specifically designed for use with oil injected rotary compressors.
Membership to the Society - the UK trade association open to manufacturers, distributors and end users of compressed air products and services - will ensure that Batoyle has access to the latest information impacting on the compressed air industry including technical information and current legislation.
Batoyle membership further demonstrates their commitment to manufacturing lubricants to meet the specific needs of the compressed air industry.
