According to Lee Williamson, Managing Director of Union Supplies, "Baldor manufactures about 350 different types of explosion-proof AC and DC electric motors, and we will be expanding our existing product portfolio to include a wide variety of these models in 2, 4 and 6 pole configurations, with power ratings up to 150HP.
These will all be held in our Aberdeen warehouse facility and available for same or next-day delivery, which is a vital consideration for our customers in the oil and gas industries, where system downtime on a production platform can carry huge cost penalties." Union Supplies is extremely well positioned to handle the fast service requirements of its key customers, as Andrew Stephenson, Baldor UK Sales Manager, points out: "Union Supplies is ideally located at the centre of its core business activities.

Union Supplies will also be taking the opportunity at OE05 to highlight its commitment to the local community.
