Changes in the Managing Board of BASF IT

Dr Kurt Ettmuller is to succeed Ludwig Daniel Angeli as Managing Director, responsible for the Finance and Corporate Functions Division
The Managing Board of BASF IT Services will be undergoing a personnel change Ludwig Daniel Angeli, Managing Director, previously responsible for the Finance and Corporate Functions Division, will be joining BASF Argentina, effective 1 August, where he is to assume responsibility for the Business Centre Sub-Region of 'South America - South', and in addition, be responsible for BASF Argentina, Buenos Aires

Angeli led the project to amalgamate in April 2001 more than 50 BASF IT departments into a pan-European company, the BASF IT Services.

Dr Kurt Ettmuller, Senior Vice President in Reporting and Controlling of the Corporate Division Finance of the BASF Group, is his successor.
Ettmuller, together with the Managing Director Wolfgang Erny, responsible for the Sales and Delivery Division, will form the Managing Board of BASF IT Services.
