In addition to the implementation of the system, the providers deliver the entire content (rules, phrases, (material) safety data sheets forms (M)SDS, chemical data etc) as well as the corresponding software licenses, plus on-going maintenance and support of the system.
The rule based solution, to be integrated with SAP, will bring CEPSA in compliance "out of the box" with Europe, North and South American and Asia Pacific regulations for classification and labelling, as well as authoring, distribution of (M)SDS, workplace safety cards, tremcards and other product driven documents.
The new compliance solution replaces a multitude of individual system solutions for CEPSA worldwide.
