When it comes to providing fully integrated solutions, Bartec, one of the world's most innovative manufacturers of hazardous area components and systems, offer unequalled quality and assurance
Manufactured with an extra strength, robust outer casing, the BCS 370 DustEx, has been built with an internal shock absorber and an ultrasonic welded window, which makes the product ideal for unremitting operation in the hardest of industrial conditions; in fact with these high resistant characteristics, the scanner can withstand being dropped onto a concrete base from a height of 1.8m.
Immune to direct exposure from normal office and factory level lighting Bartec have developed the ATEX certified BCS 370 DustEx for wireless real-time data acquisition and with its integrated decoder it is perfectly suited for prolonged operation in production halls, warehouses and many other production sites.
During data acquisition, the operator is able to move freely around the site up to a distance of 30m around the radio receiving station and because of its intrinsic safety type of protection, the scanner can be directly applied in hazardous zones 1 and 2 or zone 21.
The BCS 370 DustEx charging station (Cradle) doubles as the scanners receiving station and is installed in a non-hazardous area from where it can be connected to the conventional host, via a RS232 cable.
