When it comes to providing fully integrated solutions, Bartec, one of the world's most innovative manufacturers of hazardous area components and systems, offer unequalled quality and assurance
The new BAT 600 which supersedes the original BAT VGA model combines perfectly with the rest of the already proven BAT 300 and BAT 800 terminal family.
Featuring state-of-the-art colour TFT technology, the wide viewing angle allows the operator to read the information displayed in a much more user friendly fashion.
The BAT 300 comes with a 5.7", the BAT 600 with a 10.4" and the BAT 800 with a 12" display.
All Bartec graphics capable displays are suitable for a wide range of applications in zone 1.
The extremely fast communication achieved with the new graphics capable display is sanctioned by means of a direct link to the Ex area; which means that no additional intrinsically safe separator cards are required and the installation of blue conductors for intrinsically safe circuits are no longer necessary.
The connection to a superior control station or a PLC can be completed via a direct serial conductor with the modular interface technology enabling uninterrupted communication for different bus concepts (eg TTY, RS422/RS485, Profibus-DP, Interbus) into the Ex area.
Specially designed for operation with the Bartec BAT product family, the BMS Graf software tool optimises the entire graphic visualisation system.
