Brodie Meter acquires flowmeter lines
from Emerson

The Brodie Meter Co was formed specifically to acquire the business and will continue to manufacture and distribute petroleum and industrial flow meters worldwide, through 3rd party selling partners from the Statesboro location.
Thomas Clark, president and CEO stated, "The Statesboro plant has produced world class flow meters for numerous years and it is the skill and dedication of the employees that was a significant factor in our decision to acquire this business and remain in Statesboro".
The Brodie name has a long history in precision flow measurement, having started in California in 1929 and operating under The Ralph M Brodie Company name.
Brodie Meter was respected as a leader in the industry and built a reputation for innovation, quality products and service.
Mike Sulton, vice president of sales stated, "The Brodie Meter Company intends to embrace the same high standards for quality, respect and service that Mr Brodie envisioned.
All the managing partners of the Brodie Meter Company have worked directly with the Statesboro plant and products as Emerson employees or agents of the company.
In addition to Mr Clark and Mr Sulton, the managing partners include Henry Webster, Jr and Johnny Parrish.
