New Fieldbus displays at Instrumentation South

BEKA introduce a range of ATEX and FM approved Fieldbus displays to augment their popular ASCII driven serial indicators, supporting both Profibus and Foundation Fieldbus protocols in the same device

BEKA are a leading manufacturer of a wide range of ATEX and FM approved display instruments for use in safe and hazardous areas.

These include 4/20mA loop-powered indicators, batch controllers, rate totalisers, indicating temperature transmitters, counters, timers and clocks, alongside associated equipment such as lamps, beacons and sounders.

More recently, BEKA have introduced a range of Fieldbus displays to augment their popular ASCII driven serial indicators.

These are available in the same robust field and panel mounting enclosures to provide the widest possible range of solutions, and support both Profibus and Foundation Fieldbus protocols within the same device.

They offer a permanently back-lit LCD display in a range of user-selectable configurations, and are two-wire devices powered from the Fieldbus segment to show any variable (together with its associated tag and unit information) from any device connected to the same or other coupled segment.

Fully covered by ATEX, FM and IECEx approvals, these products are now available and complement the BEKA well-established ranges of displays, which are offered from stock with the benefit of a full three-year guarantee.
