Best Electronics and Components, the leading contract test services provider for analogue and mixed-signal semiconductors, announces that Peter Hancock has joined the company as world wide COO, Chief Operating Officer, for both Best Electronics and Components Company (BECCI) and its affiliate company, US Export Authority (USEA) Mr.Hancock will assume full responsibility for the company's semiconductor testing and chip-scale packaging operations in the Philippines and for worldwide sales and marketing activities
