A new range of nozzles provides increased spray coverage and superior performance for clean in place (CIP) applications - the TW range from Bete range eliminates the need for a rotary washing system

A new range of nozzles will provide increased spray coverage and superior performance for clean in place (CIP) applications Delivering a variety of spray angles - from 180 to 270 degrees - the TW range from Bete range eliminates the need for a rotary washing system, and will be of significant interest across a wide range of sectors, including the food processing, chemical and pharmaceutical industries

Delivering unique spray patterns through simultaneous emission of fluid in opposing directions, TW nozzles provide 180, 210 or 270-degree spray angles in a full cone configuration - ideal for washing and rinsing kegs, barrels and drums.

Using less fluid than conventional nozzle designs, the highly energy efficient spray nozzles contain no moving parts and feature a clog-resistant spiral design to cut the cost and time associated with installation and maintenance in CIP applications.

The compact TW range is perfect for rinsing and cleaning in size-critical applications, including narrow-necked containers, as well as space-restricted ovens and process equipment.

Available in hard-wearing 316 stainless steel and brass as standard, or other materials on request, the robust nozzles deliver extremely effective spraying at 0.7 -10bar, with flow rates up to 119 litre/min.

The products have an effective scrubbing diameter of up to 910mm, and an effective rinsing diameter of up to 2.1m.

No matter how advanced the application, TW nozzles can be tailored to meet specific customer requirements.

The Bete sophisticated in-house design facility deploys state-of-the-art spray analysis techniques and testing facilities which enable nozzles to be custom designed for optimum performance.
