New nozzle for CIP cleaning
An advanced spray nozzle, specifically designed for CIP (clean in place) tank washing, is now available at a new, lower price from Bete.
Using less fluid than conventional nozzle designs, the highly efficient Bete TW spray nozzles are perfectly suited to applications such as rinsing and solvent cleaning of ovens, tanks and drums, beer kegs or washing bottles and process equipment.
Delivering unique spray patterns through simultaneous emission of fluid in opposing directions, the TW provides superior spray coverage at between 180 and 270 degrees (depending on specific model) in a full cone configuration.
Containing no moving parts, the spiral nozzle compact design allows easy maintenance and simple installation into size critical applications.
Available in hardwearing 316 stainless steel and brass as standard, or other materials on request, the robust TW delivers extremely effective spraying at 0.7-10bar, with flow rates of 11-368 litre/min.
The product has an effective scrubbing diameter of up to 2.4m, and an effective rinsing diameter of up to 6.1m (depending on pipe size).
No matter how advanced the application, TW nozzles can be tailored to meet specific customer requirements.
The sophisticated Bete in-house design facility deploys state-of-the-art spray analysis techniques and testing facilities which enable nozzles to be custom designed for optimum performance.
